I got hungry between lunch and dinner today so I whipped out some ingredients with my wife and we started to make some very tasty and healthy pancakes.
You'll need
- Milk
- Eggs
- Rolled oats/oat flakes
- Wheat flour
- Demerara sugar
- Baking soda
- Butter
- Wheat bran
Time to mix it together!
Beat 2 eggs together with 2-3 fistfuls of rolled oats/oat flakes and 2 topped table spoons of Demerara sugar. Then add 2-4 cups of milk and 2 cups of wheat flour depending on the batter. Then add 1 fistful of wheat bran together with 2 topped tea spoons of baking soda. That's it! Fry them at medium + heat in the teflon frying pan with butter, serve with jam.
